Welcome to New York!

New York City is an exciting, fun, surprising, energetic, and daunting place. We're just throwing in some info up here to try and get rid of the daunting part. It really doesn't have to be daunting.
Photos
Facade of the New York Stock Exchange Check out our New York City Photos, from world-renowned photographers (not really -- they're mostly just done by us). I included wallpaper-sized images, too, in case you're into seeing the City on your desktop. And even the original unretouched digital camera images so you can manipulate them your own way.
When to Visit
Snowy Winter Street There's never really a "bad time" to visit, but:

Spring usually has good weather, the flowers are in bloom, and it's not too crowded.

Summer is hot and humid! and the city's full of stuff to do -- even more than usual.

Fall has decent weather and the October leaves are fantastic, even in the City.

Winter is cold!, but the crowds are small (except between Christmas and New Year's).
